  1. For ebooks ordered from this website, purchases are considered non-returnable and non-refundable, except for specific circumstances. Please contact us for assistance if you encounter any technical difficulties.
  2. For print books ordered from this website, LPP does not accept returns for printed copies ordered directly from this website, except for specific circumstances like errors in fulfillment or issues with print delivery.
  3. For retailers and resellers, returning print books requires pre-authorization, possibly a Certificate of Destruction, and adherence to regional policies. Please contact us for more details.
  4. If return rights are important to you, please purchase from any of the online retailers who can support this.

Exceptions
